Email services@oste.ai with your project name, order ID (if you have it), and a short description of the issue so our team can pull your file quickly.
Q2. I found a possible counting error - how do I get it fixed?
Email services@oste.ai with the project name, division, and a screenshot or sheet reference. Our team will review it and correct any confirmed counting errors at no charge.
Q3. I’m not sure which divisions to order or whether my project is a fit. Who can help?
Email services@oste.ai or use the contact form. Right now we support Division 8 Openings (doors, frames, hardware) and Division 10 Specialties, with other CSI divisions planned in the coming months, so tell us your trade and bid timeline and we’ll confirm if your project fits and which divisions to order.
Q4. I have a pricing or volume‑discount question. Who should I talk to?
For standard $89‑per‑division questions, email services@oste.ai. If you’re exploring ongoing or high‑volume work, you can also reach out to derek@oste.ai for options.
Q5. I need a formal quote before I order. How do I get one?
Our pricing is a flat $89 per division per project, so you can view pricing, add your project and divisions to the cart, and check out directly on the pricing page – no separate quote or vendor paperwork is required.
Q6. I have a technical issue uploading files or accessing downloads. Who handles that?
If you run into any technical issue with uploads or downloads, email services@oste.ai with your browser, file type/size, a short description of the problem, and any error screenshots, and our support team will reply with next steps.
