How does $89 per division per project actually bill out?
Every project + CSI division you select is one line item at $89 per division per project. If you add four project‑division combinations to your cart, your total is 4 × $89. You see the itemized list and total before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
All online orders are paid by credit card only. We do not accept cash, checks, or ACH for standard orders placed through the site.
How do refunds or cancellations work?
If you cancel an order before we start the takeoff, we refund the full amount. Once takeoff work has begun, the order is non‑refundable, but any counting errors we make will be corrected at no charge.
Do you offer volume discounts or monthly plans?
Standard pricing is $89 per division per project for every line item. For consistent high‑volume use (for example, 20+ project‑division orders per month), you can contact us to discuss custom arrangements, but there is no automatic tiered discount in the online checkout.
Can I get a formal quote instead of ordering online?
Yes. If your company requires a written quote or PO process, we can issue a quote using the same $89 per division per project structure based on your project‑division list. Reach out via the contact form and mention you need a formal quote.
What happens if my card is declined or payment fails?
Your order is not started until payment is successful. If your card is declined, you can retry with another card; if issues persist, contact your bank or our support team for help.
Can I change my order after I’ve checked out?
You can’t edit a paid order directly in the cart. If you need to add or remove project‑divisions, you’ll place a new order for the additional items or contact support to discuss options before work starts. Any new scope is billed at $89 per division per project.
